Deputy National Security Adviser Denis McDonough will replace Jack Lew as White House Chief of Staff. McDonough has been with Obama since the ’08 campaign, when he was his traveling foreign policy aide.
This is the guy who decides if you get face time with the Prez, so basically he’s the troll at the bridge whose questions you have to answer correctly.
For those of you keeping score at home, there has never been a female Chief of Staff. Just saying…
In addition to all his many other skills, Donald Trump apparently is a handwriting analyst. You thought the Donald was just a “short-fingered vulgarian,”* when actually he’s quite the Renaissance Man.
Trump says that Treasury nominee Jack Lew’s handwriting “shows he’s a very, very secretive person, unbelievably secretive.”

Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner plans to leave by the end of this month. He’ll be gone before the sh*t hits the fan on the debt ceiling, the sequester, and the continuing resolution for the budget. Fun times!
White House Chief of Staff Jack Lew, poor thing, is expected to succeed him. Unless he goes on Sunday talk shows and says anything about Benghazi.
