In Florida, You Don’t Have to Be Able to See to Be Entitled to Stand

A Florida man, John Wayne Rogers, has gotten his guns back after being acquitted under “stand your ground” of shooting his friend to death in March 2012.

Um, Mr. Rogers is blind.

 

That Gun-Toting Iowan May Not Be Able to See You

Iowa is issuing permits to blind people to carry guns in public.  They say to deny permits would violate the Americans with Disabilities Act.

So I guess driver’s licenses must be next.
