Mark Halprin, on his media tour for Double Down, has stepped in it pretty deeply about Obamacare leading to rationing.
But aren’t the GOP govs/legislatures who have refused to expand Medicaid (half the states, about 5 million people who qualify) engaged in rationing?

All insurance is rationed by medical protocol, just because someone thinks they should have X done is not the green light and no doesn’t mean rationed. Tests and procedures have to be justified before an insurance company is going to pay. Did no one notice that before?
