That seems like a very dumb thing for the rebels to do if they’re trying to get additional money, weapons, supplies, tactical support, etc. from the West.

The whole situation is a giant ball of messiness! Sometimes I shake my head when I hear us discussing “good weapons and bad weapons”. What difference does it really make which method is used to slaughter the innocent?
