The Des Moines Register Just Endorsed Mitt Romney

From the endorsement:

“Sobriety, wisdom and judgment.

Those are qualities Mitt Romney said he looks for in a leader.  Those are qualities Romney himself has demonstrated in his career in business, public service and government.  Those qualities help the former Massachusetts governor stand out as the most qualified Republican candidate competing in the Iowa caucuses.”

They endorsed John McCain in 2008, when Mike Huckabee won the caucuses and Romney came in second.

  1. I thought this lying scumbag spent his whole life in the private sector.
His losing run against Kennedy for the senate seat and his 2 working years as the MA governor (the other 2 years he was campaigning for president in 2008) were not public office according to him because he spent his WHOLE life in the private sector.
He would do nothing but lie to the American people. Dan Winslow would be his chief of staff; Ehrlichman, Halderman, Mitchell and Dean all wrapped up into one Nazi.
